E-learning course on Participatory Video in agrifood systems and digital environments
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites interested practitioners to enroll in a free e-learning course that will introduce participatory video (PV) as an approach to promote inclusive rural communication services for their respective organizations and stakeholders. Participatory video (PV) involves video content creation that promotes more inclusive and sustainable development processes, mirroring local realities, and helping a wide array of stakeholders share knowledge and make informed decisions about specific challenges and opportunities. The course is divided into six units covering from pre-production to post production with additional guide in video sharing and monitoring and evaluation.
The modules for this training were jointly developed by the FAO e-Learning academy, ITCILO, Digital Green, and UPLB-CDC. Learners who will pass the exam and complete the course will receive a digital badge as digital credential. To know more about the PV course, check the FAO e-learning academy website.
