The UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) will hold a hybrid event on AgriFood Systems Transformation in Bangkok, Thailand, October 5-7. The symposium aims provide a platform for exchange of knowledge and foster learning across agrifood systems to accelerate the transformative process in the region. The COVID-19 pandemic and the 5F crisis (food, feed, fuel, fertilizer and finance) exposed the structural weakness and low resilience in the agrifood systems. FAO’s mission, institutionalized in its Strategic Framework (2022-31), is to support this transformation to MORE efficient, inclusive, resilient and sustainable agrifood systems for better production, better nutrition, better environment and better lives, leaving no one behind. To join the event, register here.
