Empowering Youth in Agriculture  

This episode aimed to dispel the misconception that only the uneducated are involved in farming and shed light on the government’s incentives to attract educated individuals to agriculture. The documentary featured four notable guests who shared their perspectives on youth involvement in farming. Nayan, a first-year Honors student, exemplified the potential of young minds in agriculture. MD. Sulaiman, the President of Adarsha Chashi Agro Care Cooperative Society, revealed how their association plays a pivotal role in training young farmers in marketing strategies and processing techniques, empowering them to make informed decisions in the agricultural sector. Yusuf Shikder, the UP member of Hazariganj Union, highlighted the abundance of agriculture in their region and stressed the need for proper training to unleash its potential for national contribution.  Omar Faruque, the Agriculture Officer of Charfesson, emphasized the government’s commitment to training both farmers and youth interested in agriculture to establish digital farming practices. Audio Player
